Station Casinos Wildfire Gaming My name is Kimberly Dietrich and I spent 5 years at Station Casinos holding various roles which oversaw the product lines for all aspects of operations and management including the Credit Card Data Security and PCI Project The current Sr Leadership of Farmhouse Payments and I worked closely together on the 8 month project The project consisted of engagement and technical development for several different PMS POS and Reservation system providers Throughout the sales process contracting efforts and implementation they stepped up tremendously to see the project through in a timely fashion We interviewed many different vendors who proposed other solutions but they were outstanding in terms of knowledge follow up and direct honest answers I could count on the fact that if they didn t know the answer it would be acknowledged and I would have the right answer back to me in a timely fashion Communication was second to none even after hours or on the weekends You could tell as a local presence that they not only a professional vested interest in the solution and security but a personal one as well The team would frequent many of the Station Casinos owned restaurants and retail shops throughout the valley I highly recommend any organization that is looking to contract with the team today to lean on the many years of experience in payments and working closely with software systems and vendors They will guide you through the process hand holding every step of the way The communication before during and most importantly after the sale sets them apart from other individuals The organizational skills and technical knowledge really assisted my team which consisted of 10 folks on this entire project Finance IT and Executives Securing credit card data for one of the worlds largest casino organizations is a lengthy and throughout task Without this leadership I am sure we would not have seen such a smooth transition I look forward to working with them in the future and any merchants considering working with them should have confidence in the transparency ethics and knowledge
